Overview

The Goal

The client needed a website that would serve two audiences: job seekers looking for new opportunities and employers seeking to hire. They wanted a clean, professional and intuitive interface that would help both sides of the market connect efficiently.

The Challenge

We had to design and develop a site that balances dual-audience needs. The site needed to clearly speak to job seekers - easy browsing, clear job listings, straightforward application flows - while also appealing to employers, with clear messaging about the benefits of posting jobs and hiring via UniteRecruit. The challenge was to keep the site unified and visually coherent while serving these two quite different user groups.

The Result

The final website met both needs with a streamlined, user-friendly design making it simple for job seekers and employers to navigate and take action. As a result, the site now receives about three times more organic traffic than before, demonstrating improved visibility and engagement.
